East Point Junk Removal That Clears Your Space and Records the Damage

From your home we take old furniture, appliances, garage and basement clutter, storage unit contents and construction debris. If a cleanout follows water or storm damage, we photograph and list each item we haul so your insurer has a record. We work in East Point, College Park and Hapeville.

  • On-site estimates at no cost
  • Price up front, no hidden fees
  • We photograph before hauling
  • Swept clean when we leave

What We Haul From Your Home

Plenty of calls begin with a single item: a sofa too wide for the new doorway, a freezer that quit, or a garage with no room for the car. We take one piece or a whole cleanout, and we carry it from wherever it sits. We offer junk removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts, along with construction debris and commercial junk removal for small businesses.

A Local Crew That Does the Heavy Lifting

Our goal is simple: make hauling easy for the people around us. Most of our work happens at homes like yours: a basement after a burst pipe, a garage before a move, a parent's house that needs emptying. We show up when we said we would, do the carrying and leave the space clean.

Many of our jobs come after water or storm damage, especially when Georgia's summer storms push water into basements and garages. Those moments are stressful, and the claim process can feel confusing. We can't speak for your insurer, but we can slow down, document what we remove and hand you a clear record. That small step often saves a lot of back-and-forth later.

What Moves the Price of a Haul

We price by what we actually take, not by a flat guess over the phone. That is why we offer free, no-obligation on-site estimates. Once we see the pile, the price we give you is the price you pay.

Every estimate is free and comes with upfront pricing and no hidden fees. You decide whether to go ahead, and there is no pressure if you want to think it over.

How much space it fills
Volume in the truck is the biggest factor. A single recliner and a garage packed to the rafters are very different jobs.
Weight and material
Concrete, tile, roofing shingles and wet drywall are heavy for their size. A small pile of renovation debris can weigh more than a room of furniture.
Items with special disposal
Refrigerators and freezers need their refrigerant handled properly, and mattresses and tires often carry their own disposal fees. We tell you which items fall into this group.
Access and carrying distance
A pile in the driveway goes quickly. A sleeper sofa coming up narrow basement stairs or down from a second floor takes more hands and more time.
Water-damaged contents
Soaked carpet, padding and furniture after a basement leak are heavier and messier to move. If you need photos and an item list for your insurer, we build that time into the estimate so there are no surprises.

What Neighbors Get When They Call

Clearing out junk ought to be the simple part of your week. Here's how we keep it simple, and how we help when the job connects to an insurance claim.

Documented before it's hauled

After a leak, a flooded basement or a storm, your adjuster might want to see what was lost. We can photograph each damaged item and add it to a room-by-room written list before it's loaded. We don't put a value on your things or speak to your coverage. That's between you and your insurer, and we recommend asking your adjuster before we haul.

Licensed and insured

Our license and insurance cover the work we do at your home. If someone on the crew scuffs a door frame while moving a dresser, you won't be left to handle it by yourself.

Enrolled in E-Verify

We're enrolled in E-Verify, which means everyone we send to your home has had their right to work checked.

Over 1,200 Google reviews

Over 1,200 Google reviews come from neighbors describing their experience with us. Look through a few before calling. They say more than we could.

A price before any lifting

We give you the number at the estimate, before loading begins. Decide to hold a few things back and we change it right there.

Questions People Ask Us

Can you help with my insurance claim after a water leak?

We can document what leaves your home. Before loading, we photograph damaged items and list them room by room, and you can hand that to your adjuster. We don't decide coverage or what your things are worth. Check with your adjuster first in case they want to inspect anything before removal.

How do I get a price?

Call us, describe what's going, and we'll set up a free on-site estimate. We look at everything in person and give you a firm number before work begins, with no hidden fees added at the end.

How soon can you come?

Same-day and next-day service is available, based on how booked the day is. A morning call gives you the best chance at same-day, and we'll tell you an honest arrival window over the phone.

Do I have to be home when you pick up?

For most jobs, we'd like you or someone you trust on hand at the start to approve the price and point out what's going. If everything is already outside, in a driveway or carport, we can usually settle the details over the phone.

What happens to the furniture and appliances you take?

Each load gets sorted so reusable items and recyclable materials avoid the landfill when possible. Appliances with refrigerant are handled the right way, and anything left goes to an approved disposal site.

Is there anything you won't take?

Some hazardous materials, like certain chemicals and fuels, need special disposal we may not handle. Mention what you have when you call and we'll tell you on the spot. Furniture, appliances, household items and renovation debris are usually no problem.

Will your crew damage my floors or walls?

We carry heavy pieces through your home with care, using pads and wrap on tight corners when needed. We measure doorways before large items pass through and take things apart when that's safer. If something does get bumped, tell us right away and we'll make it right with you.

How a Job Day Runs

Four steps from start to finish, and all it takes from you is one call.

  1. 1

    A quick phone call

Let us know what's going and where it is in your home. If your insurer is part of the picture, say so and we'll arrive ready to document.

  2. 2

Free visit to see the job

We go over the items with you, answer your questions and quote a price before we move a thing. Same-day and next-day service available when the schedule has room.

  3. 3

    Pictures first, then the truck

On damage jobs, ruined items are photographed and listed room by room before anything moves. Then the crew carries it all out while guarding floors and door frames.

  4. 4

Clean floor and records in hand

We sweep the cleared space so it's ready to use. You receive your receipt, and on documented damage jobs, the photos and item list for your adjuster.

Want Your Space Back?

Let us know what's stacking up and we'll come see it at no charge. When water or storm damage is part of it, we arrive with a camera and a notepad as well.
