Commercial Junk Removal in East Point
Old desks, broken shelving, water-damaged stock or a tenant's leftovers can stall your business. We haul it out on a schedule that works around your customers and staff, give you an upfront price before we lift anything, and leave the space swept.
Clearing Business Spaces Without Slowing You Down
Commercial junk removal is for owners and managers who need a space emptied: an office downsizing, a store resetting its floor, a restaurant swapping equipment, or a rental unit a tenant walked away from. We bring the crew and the truck, carry everything out, and take it to the right place for recycling, donation or disposal.
We are licensed and insured, which matters to property managers and businesses that have to vet every crew that walks through their door.
When the job follows a leak, a storm or a break-in, we slow down at the start. Before anything goes on the truck, we photograph the damaged items where they sit so you have a record for your insurance claim. We do not act as your adjuster or promise what a policy will pay, but we can explain what adjusters usually ask to see.
What a Commercial Job Includes
Office furniture and equipment
Desks, cubicle panels, filing cabinets, chairs, old printers and monitors. We break down large pieces on site when they will not fit through a doorway.
Retail fixtures and displays
Gondola shelving, slat wall, glass cases, mannequins and checkout counters. We can work after closing so your sales floor stays open.
Damaged stock after a loss
Water-soaked boxes, ruined inventory and moldy carpet. We photograph and list what we remove so your claim file shows what was lost, then haul it away.
Tenant turnovers
Furniture, mattresses, appliances and bags left behind in rental units or suites. We clear it so your cleaners and painters can get started.
Back rooms and storage areas
Years of old records boxes, broken equipment and seasonal displays. If you also have items in a rented unit, our storage unit cleanouts work the same way.
Sweep-up when we leave
We sweep the cleared area and check hallways and loading spots for anything we dropped.

Signs It's Time to Call a Crew
- Your lease ends soon
- Landlords often expect the space returned empty. A cleanout a week or two before move-out gives you time for a final walkthrough.
- A leak or storm hit the building
- Wet drywall, carpet and stock start to smell and grow mold quickly in Georgia humidity. Getting it documented and out fast helps protect what is still usable.
- Staff are working around clutter
- When broken chairs block exits or boxes crowd a storage room, it becomes a safety problem, not just an eyesore.
- You are remodeling or rearranging
- Old fixtures need to leave before new ones arrive. For drywall, flooring and lumber from a build-out, see our construction debris service.
- A tenant left a mess
- Unit turnovers stall until the leftovers are gone, and every empty week costs you rent.
How the Day Goes
- 1
Your phone call
Tell us what needs to go, where it is in the building, and any access rules like loading dock hours or elevator reservations. Same-day and next-day service available.
- 2
Walkthrough and upfront price
We look at the items in person and give you a clear price before work starts. Our estimates are free and carry no obligation.
- 3
Photos when there is a claim
If items were damaged, we photograph them in place and note what each one is. You keep the photos for your insurer.
- 4
Load-out around your schedule
We protect doorways and floors on the path out, keep walkways clear for anyone still working, and load the truck.
- 5
Sorting and sweep
Usable furniture goes to donation where possible, metal and electronics go to recycling, and the rest goes to disposal. Then we sweep up.
What Sets the Price
Our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. The price is mostly about how much truck space your items fill and how much labor it takes to get them out. We tell you the number at the walkthrough, before anything moves.
- Volume
- A few desks and a full floor of cubicles are very different loads. More truck space means a higher price.
- Access
- Ground-floor shops with a back door are quicker than upper-floor suites with one shared elevator. Stairs and long carries add labor.
- Heavy or special items
- Safes, commercial refrigerators and items with refrigerant or electronics need extra handling or recycling steps.
- Timing
- After-hours or weekend work to avoid disrupting customers can affect the schedule and the crew needed.
Commercial Junk Removal Questions
- Can you work before we open or after we close?
- Yes, we plan around your hours when we can. Let us know on the call when the space is free and if the building has delivery or elevator rules. We will set a time that keeps your customers and staff out of our way.
- Will you help with our insurance claim?
- We help by documenting. We photograph damaged items before removal and give you a list of what we hauled. We are not adjusters and cannot say what your policy covers, so check with your agent before you discard anything valuable.
- Are your crews vetted?
- Yes. We are enrolled in E-Verify, so the people we hire have had their work eligibility checked. Many property managers ask about crew vetting before giving anyone access to a building, and we are glad to answer questions about it on the phone.
- What happens to old office furniture?
- Pieces in good shape go to donation when a local group can use them. Metal shelving, cabinets and electronics go to recycling. Only what cannot be reused goes to disposal.
- Do you serve businesses outside East Point?
- Yes. We also work in College Park, Hapeville, Forest Park, Union City and other nearby areas. Check our Service Areas page or ask when you call.
