Why We Work the Way We Do
Most junk removal is simple. You point, we lift, and the truck leaves heavier than it came. Some jobs carry more weight than the furniture itself, though. A soaked basement or a garage hit by a fallen limb often comes with an insurance claim, and hauling things off too fast can leave you with nothing to show the adjuster.
So we built a habit into those jobs. Before anything goes on the truck, we give you time to photograph damaged items where they sit, and we can take pictures as we go if you'd like. We note what we removed and roughly how much, and we keep loads separated when that helps you.
We are careful about what we say. We are not adjusters, and we never tell you what your policy covers or what a claim is worth. What we can do is explain what adjusters commonly ask for, like photos, item descriptions and sometimes a cut sample of wet carpet or drywall, so you can check with your insurer before the pile disappears.
