Garage Cleanouts in East Point

We empty garages of years of boxes, broken tools, old furniture and anything a leak or storm ruined. You decide what stays, we carry out the rest, and if you are filing a claim, we photograph damaged items before anything goes on the truck.

When a garage cleanout is the right call

Most garages fill up slowly. A treadmill nobody uses, paint cans from three houses ago, boxes that never got unpacked. One day the car no longer fits, and the job feels too big to start on a Saturday. That is where we come in. We do the lifting, the loading and the trips, and you get the space back in a few hours.

Some garage cleanouts start with damage instead of clutter. Water under the door, a roof leak over the storage shelves or mildew after a humid stretch can ruin cardboard, carpet remnants and stored furniture fast. If you plan to file an insurance claim, we take clear photos of each damaged item and where it sat before we remove it, so you have a record to share with your adjuster. We are not the adjuster and cannot tell you what a policy will cover, but we can help you keep the proof together.

What our garage cleanouts include

Sorting with you, not for you
We pull items out so you can see them, then you point: keep, donate or haul. Nothing leaves without your say.
Photos of damaged items
If water, mold or a storm caused the mess, we photograph soaked boxes, warped shelving and ruined belongings in place and again as they come out. You get the photos to pass along to your insurer.
Heavy and awkward pieces
Old freezers, workbenches, exercise equipment and broken lawn mowers all go. Bigger pieces like couches or a spare fridge can be handled the same visit, and our furniture removal and appliance removal pages explain those items in more detail.
Donation runs where it makes sense
Usable tools, bikes and furniture in decent shape go to donation instead of the landfill when we can place them.
Sweep-out before we leave
Once the floor is clear, we sweep it so you can see the concrete again and spot any cracks or stains worth a second look.

Signs your garage is ready for a cleanout

  • The car lives in the driveway

If the garage stores everything except a vehicle, the clutter has taken over. Clearing it usually takes less time than people expect.

  • Boxes are soft or stained at the bottom

Cardboard that sits on concrete wicks up moisture. Soft corners and water lines mean the contents may already be damaged, and photos taken now give you a record if you need one later.

  • A musty smell when the door opens

Garages here get hot and humid through the long summer, and that is when mildew grows on stored fabric, paper and old mattresses. Removing the source is the first step.

  • You are selling, moving or downsizing

A clear garage shows better and makes moving day simpler. Many people pair this with a basement cleanout so the whole house is done at once.

  • Pests have moved in

Droppings, chewed boxes or nests behind stored items are a sign the pile has sat too long.

How the day goes

  1. 1

A phone call and a look

You tell us what is in the garage and whether anything was damaged. We offer a free, no-obligation on-site estimate so the price is based on what we actually see.

  2. 2

    An upfront price

Before we lift anything, you get upfront pricing with no hidden fees. If the plan changes, we tell you before the work changes.

  3. 3

Photos first, if you need them

For damage you may report to your insurer, we document items in place before moving them. Then the crew starts loading, working from the door back so a path stays open.

  4. 4

    Sort, load and haul

You make the keep-or-go calls as items come out. We load the truck, protect your driveway edges and door frame, and handle the drop-offs.

  5. 5

    Sweep and walk-through

We sweep the floor, then walk the space with you to make sure nothing you wanted is gone and nothing you wanted gone is left.

What goes into the cost of a garage cleanout

The price mostly depends on how much room your things take up in the truck and how much effort they take to move. During the free estimate we look over everything and give you a firm figure before work begins. Nothing is added later unless we talk it over with you first.

How much there is
A couple of shelves of boxes costs less than a garage filled from wall to wall. Truck space matters most.
Heavy items and ones needing special care
Refrigerant appliances, old tires, paint and other chemicals may need extra handling or disposal steps, and that can add to the price.
Condition of your things
Wet, moldy or broken items take more time to move safely, and taking photos of them before removal adds a little time at your home.
Getting to the garage
A two-car garage opening right onto the driveway goes fast. A detached garage at the back of the lot or a tight side path means a longer carry.

Garage cleanout questions we get

Something not covered here? (404) 800-9669

Will you help if I'm filing an insurance claim?

We help by keeping a record. Damaged items get photographed before loading, and we can jot down a list of what we hauled. Your adjuster and your policy decide coverage, so it's smart to call your insurer before large damaged items go.

Do you need me there the whole time?

It helps to be around when we start so you can call keep or toss. If everything in the garage is going, many people walk us through it and then head out while we finish.

Can you take old paint and chemicals?

That comes down to the product and local disposal rules. Tell us what's on the shelves when you call, and we'll give you a straight answer on what goes on our truck and what needs a separate drop-off.

Who will be doing the work?

Our company is licensed and insured and enrolled in E-Verify. The same crew stays on your job from the first load out to the final sweep.

How soon can you come out?

Same-day and next-day service is available when the schedule allows. Call us and we'll give you the earliest opening that works for you.
